Every Ultimate Fitness Class has easier versions for beginners and harder versions for more advanced clients. This ensures that everyone in the class gets a challenging and beneficial workout.

The following is based on a class starting at 17:30

  • 17:20- 17:30 (10:00) Stretch/ Warm Up / Find Partner or Group / Grab Whiteboard
  • 17:30- 17:37 (7:00) Explanation/ Questions
  • 17:37- 18:25 (48:00) Workout (Typically split into rounds of around 5:00-10:00)
  • 18:25 (5:00) Hand Whiteboards in
  • 18:30 Complete

Cardio Conditioning

Concept 2 Rowers, Concept 2 Ski Ergs, Assault Runners, Assault Bikes, Spin Bikes & Bodyweight Exercises. No weights

Up to you! Our instructors will try to get the best out of you but you can work at your own pace if you are a beginner and smash it if you are advanced! This class is very popular with new and injured clients as no technical ability is required.
